Kettering Venture Park

This project comprises a 60,000 sq ft office campus on one of the last remaining development sites forming the Kettering Venture Park. Also present on the park are a large Tesco store, cinema and a number of restaurants. Located at junction 9 of the A14 the site will appeal to a wide cross section of occupiers since it offers excellent access to the A14 and then to the wider motorway network. The site offers both smaller and larger corporate occupiers the opportunity to locate on the best business park in Kettering, and arguably in this part of the East Midlands.

Planning consent was secured in April 2006 and speculative development of a first phase  comprising 21,000 sq ft commenced in Spring 2007. A number of units were put in solicitors hands before construction commenced. The project is being undertaken in Joint Venture.
