Target Park Redditch

Target Park is an industrial/ warehouse project being undertaken on a brownfield site  at Lakeside in Redditch. The total site area comprises just less than 6 acres and planning consent has been secured for 110,000 sq ft of accommodation.

An initial phase of 54,750 sq ft has been undertaken speculatively with a joint venture partner. Following the successful disposal of a number of units the second phase of 60,000 sq ft will commence speculatively in Summer 2007. The project forms part of a larger mixed-use development that is at the forefront of Central Government planning policy.
