Tempus Ten is a 12 acre site located at Junction 10 of the M6 in the West Midlands. The site is already home to a De Vere Hotel, KFC restaurant and soon to open Express by Holiday Inn Hotel. The balance of the site for which planning consent has been secured will comprise a regionally significant business park.

The site has been acquired in conjunction with a joint venture partner with a view to undertaking an initial speculative office development to commence in the Autumn of 2007.
